Just confirming this is a cockerel before I get rid of him...

I've got this three week old chick that I'm 99% sure is going to be a cockerel. He's only three weeks old (not even completely feathered) and already has pink wattles coming in and this comb is turning pink. However, before I start looking for a new home for him, I want to be a 100% sure he's a cockerel. Opinions, please? His breed is a Silver Laced Wyandotte.

Wyandotte's are hard to tell sometimes because they both grow quicker but at 3 1/2 weeks I'm pretty positive you have a cockerel there!
