Just hatched baby chick shivering

We took piping eggs away from a new mother hen that we suspect was killing newly hatched chicks. This one just hatched in my daughters hand. We have her under a heat lamp and the thermometer says 101. She is still shivering a bit. I am wondering how warm to keep her. Thank you for any tips on newly hatched chick care.
