I know it's young, but I'm new to this breed and wondering about sex. Are there any "tell tail" signs here? About 3 weeks I'd say. Thanks!

It's not pure? If that's a Buff Brahma, which it looks like one, it's not pure because of the single comb. It's still too young to tell, but going by the Feather Growth Method, it's a she, but the comb is already looking big, so it could be a he. I'd wait a few more weeks.

Really, buff brahma? Interesting. It is probably not pure as it was from the farm store. I tried really hard to try and pick a pullet as I also got a frizzle and was pretty sure he is a roo. I can't have 2, so I'm still Praying.

Ok. That makes more sense. It just looked like a Buff Brahma mix.

Many say it best to wait till they're six weeks old.
