The same crowd and table full of chairs filled the room from this morning. Solviss helped himself to his old seat.
"Ah, glad for you guys to join us!" shouted the leader, cheerfully.

Winter sat beside him folding her hands in her lap.

Suddenly, she was able to calm down and relax. "Me too."

"I'm glad," Abreanna said, "Finally my own kind."

Sean was shocked by her sudden move and he rolled over to get her off. Out of breath, he deified to stay in the same spot for a bit. But because the rapids were carrying him downstream, Sean got out.
