lathargic ckn "pooping" puddles clear liquid--help

my chicken is separating herself. her feathers are ruffled like she's cold, she's not roosting, practically falling asleep. I just found that she has layed today, but now she's dumping a clear liquid and just standing there. very lathargic, trance like state! I don't know what to do.....
what's up with her?
