Lavender Orpington gender and a mystery pullet

Another pullet laid her first egg, it's either the lavender or the mystery pullet from the beginning of this thread. Is this the color Orpingtons lay?

It could be. Hard to tell color and exact outline at the angle you have the egg at and in the lighting you've got.

My buff orpintons lay a semi-elongated oval egg with lots of bloom that makes it look pink. Mine lay mid-medium brown, more on the lighter side of brown, sort of peachy but not tan. That being said, they're not lavender and they are hatchery chicks.

I haven't had time to sit and watch who is laying the newest egg but I did catch the cockerel mounting and mating the orpington, is that enough to confirm it's female? Idk if cockerels will mount other cockerels to assert dominance or something? Still no change is feather shape, will add a picture in a few.
