Laying an egg on the poop board?!?!

We had to pull the new bird out yesterday because she got pecked and ended up with a large wound and have not put her back out yet. Hopefully giving them a better adjustment time will help.

So my problem hasn't resolved. I've still got a hen or possible hens laying soft eggs every day. I put the oyster shell in the food for over a week, to no avail. And now I'm finding solid eggs that are getting eaten. I don't know what to do! I went from 7 eggs a day out of 11 hens to three or less after the ones are soft or eaten. What do I do? Nothing's changed in their environment so I don't know what could be causing it.
