lazy lucy with sleep apnea!! lol

This is one of six of our new bard rocks. She'll stand at your feet till you pick her up if not she'll peck your feet lol. she loves to be petted especially rubbing her cheeks. She can only stand it for about 10 seconds then she's asleep in your arms for as long as you'll hold her!!! Lol Kelly absolutely loves her!! She's very cute and has a personality for sure!!

Anybody ever seen this before?

I had a couple of chickens who would fall asleep in my arms when they were that age. It was really sweet, but they kind of out grew it. They still don't mind being picked up though.

She is a cute Barred Rock. She has sleep apnea? Does she snore?

Naw just looks like it lol she'll hang her head down with mouth open and sometimes she dreams of blueberries we think lol. She'll peck into the air slowly while asleep like she's on our bushes. She loves blueberries!!

I have a Barred Rock that actually gets jealous if another chicken sits in my lap, she will push them off.

I think you mean narcolepsy not apnea! Either way, very cute. I have a silkie who LOVES to be covered up, especially her head, and the minute you cover her up, she falls asleep.
