leg problems

I have a 8wk old red link cross that is having trouble walking on both legs. She lays down a lot but still eats. Both legs look like the are turning out when she walks. Any ideas?

not really, she has been eating. I noticed she was laying down more than usual last two days but today I noticed she was walking like I explained.

I've seen similar with cocci but they generally are bad off and don't have any meat left on them. They are too weak to walk correctly.

Any history of mareks within your flock? Could she have been injured by another? Maybe take a video of her?

It's possible these could be symptoms of a vitamin deficiency...here's some additional information: http://www.merckvetmanual.com/mvm/p..._poultry/vitamin_deficiencies_in_poultry.html. You could try vitamin supplements, like Poultry Nutri-Drench or Sav-A-Chick Electrolyte & Vitamin Supplement.

No history of Maerks disease and I have been putting vitamins and electrolytes in their water since they hatched. Thanks for all the advice you guys have given me.
