Lethargic Chicken With Tail down

My 4-5 y/o ameraucana hen has recently shown signs of sickness. She sleeps often and has her tail down all the time. she has no changes in her appetite, and is still quite talkative. all of my hens free roam around the yard, and we feed them chicken scratch and birdseed. any help is much appreciated!

Do you mean chicken feed-pellets when you say scratch?
Sounds like a reproductive issue.

What is the type of feed?
