I see a lot of bad reviews on the LG 9300 and some good ones as well. Either way, that's what I have so I'm sticking with it for now. However I did buy an Incutherm Plus digital thermometer as well. I have been experimenting with the 9300 and move the factory sensor around inside along with the Incutherm. For the most part they stay pretty close together on the temp....sometimes the Incutherm will show a spike of 104 for some reason. The humidity readings tend to vary between the two thermometers more than what seems okay. I plugged the LG in last night and this morning the humidity on the LG was 68% and on the Incutherm it was 35%.
I haven't tried to hatch any eggs yet but I just bought 11 Cortunix and have 2 eggs. When I get about 15 or so I am going to try and hatch some. I am concerned about the fluctuation in temp and humidity between the two thermometers though. Any tips or thoughts?
