Listless chicken

As an end to this, Penelope got another Epsom salt soak yesterday and looked very very poorly in the morning. I really thought i was going to lose her. Then she got in the laying box and pushed out a shell-less egg! after she got rid of that, she bounded outside to expel a giant mass of malformed shell substance all tangled up. she seems just about 100% now! poor girl was just massively stopped up. Hopefully she'll return to laying a normal egg and not have long term laying issues...
