Little boy blue….or is it?

I’ve got this little one and I’m pretty confused about the sex. It’s one of my Easter hatch babies. Daddy is pure barred rock. Mama is an EE. It has very little comb development but has a very red face sometimes. They are 10 weeks old today.

I sure hope you are right. I’d really like to breed for this color barred chicken. It was the only blue chick out of 27. It’s very sweet. The only one that doesn’t mind getting picked up.
