Like the idea of the sticky header but I find it switching i header from logo to page title distracting.
Suggestion would be one or the other or have the logo image then some type of separator to the title. Same thing with the ads below just way to distracting for me.
Also think that the title could be a different colour? I find the black on the wood patter hard on the eyes. Maybe setting an opacity of 55-75% would help
