It's day 6 for my chick eggs! The incubator is in my bedroom on my dresser. This afternoon, I closed the curtains, crouched underneath a blanket on the floor, and tried to candle the first egg with the strongest flashlight we have. Just then my dog, Keltie, (German Shepherd x Whippet) walked in and started poking me with her nose through the blanket. 'Hey, what are you doing under there?' (*tug *tug on the blanket) "Oh, boy! A game!" I told her: "Hold on, Keltie, just give me a minute." She tried nudging the blanket up with with her nose instead "What are you doing under there? I want in on it!" LOL! I love that girl!
