Long Island Phil

Hello all. I am on long island NY have 6 Road island reds. Acquired 10 but local law allows 6 so traded 4 for a 50lb bag of Kalmbach Layer feed. All and all are doing well. All doubled there size in 3weeks. But have one that is smaller and a much lighter feathers and the tale is not growing as fast as the others. Anyone else experience this.
