Looking for some help about ORT

Got my lab results back from Zoologix. Chickens tested positive for ORT. I have been administering Amtyl (Amoxicillin Trihydrate 150 mg/g and Tylosin Tartrate 100 mg/g). This is the last of their 5 days. I will be starting them in probiotics tomorrow. I have a couple questions as I have never had sick chickens before. First, when is it safe to consume their eggs again? I want to make sure I wait the proper withdrawal period of the medicine. Also, will I be able to eventually incorporate these birds with my original flock? I'm not sure if ORT is something they will always be carriers of and can pass on to my other hens or not. ORT is a newer disease, so I don’t know a lot about it. I believe that it causes more of an infection in the lower respiratory tract and air sacs. Here is an article to read:

Amoxicillin egg withdrawal is 7 days after finishing the drug. Tylosin orally does not have any withdrawal. Here is some reading:

ORT symptoms can be similar to other respiratory diseases. Most respiratory diseases make chickens carriers. Your others may already have been exposed at the same time as the these chickens. For that reason, I would close the flock to new birds, or not sell or rehome birds. Sorry for that you are dealing with a disease. Here is more info on ORT:

It seems similar to a mycoplasma disease (but not quite). I noticed that it is susceptible to quite a few drugs, including Tiamulin.
