(Forgot to add, they can all be separated n adopted separately)
Hello, I’m looking to rehome 4 Cornish game chickens as I got them for laying but soon found out they’re not good at that.
To keep it short, they’re friendly towards humans and not so much other birds. Though, The rooster is friendly.
Some info:
  • They’re younger than a year (or nearing a year old).
  • They cannot be shipped, I’d prefer if we could schedule a pickup.
  • They might need their own coop or you’ll have to introduce them slowly to other chickens, they’ve only grown up around my ducks.
  • As said, they’re not good for laying. So the only use I could see them having is either as a pet or for meat as they’re meat birds.
  • If being adopted as pets, they’re not fans of being grabbed, pet, nor picked up. The rooster does however, Tolerate me petting him.
  • I will give exact address to the adopter.
  • Photos will be linked below.
I am located in North America, Oakley California. I heavily prefer you to live close or at least be in the state of California as we cannot cover the cost of flying/driving here.

That’s all, I will edit with photos in a minute.
When taking photos I noticed this on my hens head. I think she got pecked at by another chicken or maybe had some dirt on her that dried up. I tried washing it off but only some came off.
