I wouldn't butcher her. Likely her stomach and lungs have quite a bit of water in them, and if the pool had chlorine, salt water, or any other chemicals, it is a health hazard to you and your family if you ate her. If you haven't already, you should throw the body away. It has been over a week since you posted this, so she definitely isn't good to butcher anymore.
