Im new to owning ducks and just want to confirm their breed.

What do you think about their gender too?

Pekin and Muscovy or perhaps a 'mule'.

Her name is daisy. But we call her baby girl all the time. And this is donald.

By mule I mean a Muscovy/mallard or mallard derived breed cross - such birds are sterile and frequently hens do not lay eggs. Muscovy hens are not particularly large, and I doubt that the bird pictured is mature.

No hes is not completely mature I tthink he's like a litter over 8 wks. I am assuming that he's a he though. How do you know if they're a male or fmale though?

Mine are named Franky(t he ppossible muscovy) and Ducky(the pekin). Ducky's full nme is dr.mallard......ik I'm not very original lolo

does either one of them have a curled feather on they're tail. That's a sign of a male and female have a really load quack. The black one looks female to me but I'm not really great at it.
