Manderian Duck Question

I live in a neighborhood where the house are real close to each other... My question is will my neighbors here the manderiansame if I have just a pair in a pen? Also what size pen would could I get away with just a pair... I have a pretty big doll house that's never been used , was thinking to build on to that... the house is 5 foot tall by 4x4

I just bought a pair of mandarins unfortunately the male died and the female is in with the peafowl and golden pheasants and she makes noises all the time it's not that loud that a neighbor would get mad but some neighbors will find anything to complain about

A tiny mandarin whistle shouldn't do much noise at all.
