Milling pulses for baby ducklings?

Hello. We have recently acquired a small milling machine. We have some old beans, rice and lentils that we have not eaten and so I was thinking whether I could mill them for the BABY DUCKLINGS that will hatch in a week or so. We also have corn and wheat to add to the mix. I wonder if any from the above would be bad to include in the food mixture. There is no mold or moisture, just dry older food.

They really need real duck feed as that mix is pretty devoid of essential nutrients, especially for ducklings. Raw beans are toxic to chickens and its highly likely they are also toxic for ducks.

No problem, there's lots of threads on how to formulated you on feed for chickens, with ducks I imagine there needs to be a higher niacin level.
