That's a pretty cool idea. Only concern I would have is a 'Blight order violation' but it seems like your area laws are pretty lax being out in the sticks.
Seems I remember someone here has a camper he converted into a coop with a brooder on one end.
If I find it I'll post the link .. good luck with project coop.
