Miniature and Toy Poodle Breeder Recommendations.

Hi, a friend of mine is looking into getting a poodle. I want recommendations if at all possible.


These are the details of what they want:
Female
Miniature or Toy
Any color besides Apricot.
Preferably less than 1,000.
It doesn't need to be super close, they said they can do a road trip this summer if needed. (They live in the PNW)

I've found a handful of breeders-but the main problem is price. Most are in the 2,000-3,000 range.

Yeah. I’ve found some for 1,800 but I think that’s still too pricy for them.

My mother adopted a nice miniature poodle. She got it from the vet. You might check with vet clinics. A lot of times when someone can no longer keep a dog, like the owner dies or something, they will put a notice up on the bulletin board at the vet clinic.

I found a website with that name, but they're in Idaho and are more expensive.

They said that the *might* be open to other breeds that don't shed/hypoallergenic.
