Hi everyone, inexperienced keeper here in need of a little advice. My pullet Catnip seems to have developed a swollen eyelid, which I noticed yesterday. I have not noticed other symptoms in her yet (I saw her sneeze once yesterday?), she is eating, drinking, and seems herself. The first 3 images I've attached were taken today and the last is a comparison of the affected eye from a few weeks ago. I'm still quite unfamiliar with many poultry illness, so any idea of a treatment plan would be very helpful. :)Thanks in advance!!

Welcome to BYC.

The swelling is very minimal, and to add to that, she's showing a lack of other symptoms, like sneezing, nasal/eye discharge, rattled breathing, correct (?) basing off that I would be more inclined to think she got stung by some sort of insect or got pecked in the eye compared to having some sort of respiratory disease.

If she was mine, I'd personally leave it alone, and just watch to make sure the swelling doesn't progress, but, If you'd like, you could try giving her some Benadryl, and see if that helps, or try applying an antibacterial ointment like Neosporin to the upper eyelid, and see if that reduces the swelling at all.
