Missing Feathers

My chicken has been missing Feathers for a few months. All my other hens were molting and they have grown there feathers back. She is only getting worse. We have no roosters and I checked and treated for mites and lice. Is there something else it could be?

16 percent. She also I pretty high in the pecking order.

Ah, that explains it. The lower amount of protein is making them pick out each others feathers to try and get more protein. I would highly suggest a 20% flock raiser feed of some sort and make sure to have a container where they can get oyster shells as needed.
