So just found out our precious, sweet black cochin has a bad case of mites. Thank god he and his 2 girlfriends are completely seperate from the rest of the flock. But anyway, we pulled all the feathers around his vent that has noticeable eggs on them and dusted with powder, how often should I redust everyone? Or should I just put a container with dirt/mite powder in the pen for them to "self medicate"? Someone please help!
