Mosquitos!! Anyone having problems aroung their coop?

Okay, so I live in Arkansas and it hasn't exactly been wet around here. We are having a drought. I don't have standing water around. I change chickens' water daily. I am being eat up by mosquitos whenever I go out to coop! I forgot to put mosquito repellent spray on today and I came back in with 16 bites. Agh! My coop is a chicken tractor. I have been moving it every 2 weeks. I am new to raising chickens, but I am curious if this is a common problem with raising chickens?

I've never raised chickens so can't say from experience there but I raise waterfowl and often have mosquitoes sticking around.
