Muscovy neurological issuez

I have never raised muscovy before so I'm not sure if I should tackle this issue the same way as regular ducks. I have 2 month and a half old muscovy duckies. One has been behaving unusually, sitting away from the flock and being slow. I have been feeding the 2 young ones duckling grower and only noticed today, when this duckling eats, it takes a beakful, then goes in a circle, takes another beak full then goes in a circle. It has a healing wound on its back that I think may have been inflicted by one of our chooks, so I'm not sure if this issue is caused by malnutrition, physical trauma or is genetic . I'm isolating and feeding vitamins, but any other advice would be appreciated. Also if anyone has dealt with this issue and the duck has lived on happily I would like to hear stories too.
