Mutt chicken

I’ve had this girl for about 2 years. I will no longer buy “straight run” chicks because I clearly fail at chicken roulette
Of 6 chickens, she was the only hen

Anyway, she came from a friend of a friend’s brooder and he had all sorts so I don’t really know what mix she could be. She lays a pinkish egg. Any ideas?

Her color reminds me of my Brassy Back OEGBs, Melanized Red Duckwing.

So, whatever her parents were, must've been F1s of Black X Duckwing crossing.

yep- very similar. Her tail is straight and stands up just like that

Her color is practically the same, but a huge difference is she's very Leghorn like.
