My chicken can't walk / walks like a duck????

One of our chickens started having trouble walking a couple days ago and now has her butt down like a duck and seems like she is bloated or full of water. Is there anything I can do for her? Should she be separated?

Could be eggbound or have a lash egg in the oviduct and cannot lay it. Could be massive ascites in her abdomen caused by egg perotinitis, which is normally caused by egg "tumors" in her abdomen causing an inflammatory process.

My advice is to cull her...when she stands or walks that way she is uncomfortable.
