My chicken is acting weird!

About a year ago we got two chickens that were rescued from a farm. Today we noticed that her tail is droopy she's sitting weird and falling asleep sitting up. We don't know what wrong with her or how old she is. Could anyone help?

I can't say I'm very knowledgable about chicken diseases and such, but a few months ago one of my hens died. I am pretty sure it was an internal disease. But she basically lost her will to live. And at that point, nothing you can do will really help her. Not saying that's true in your case, just throwing it out there.
