My new babies are here! They are super cute! (And expensive!) We ordered from MPC because we wanted sexed bantams. I was super duper nervous since it was our first time with mail order chicks. We got six chicks, all bantam females: a white crested black polish, buff Brahma, porcelain and Mille Fleur d’Uccles, an EE and a bantam grab bag chick. They all arrived alive and very loud. However the porcelain died soon after arriving (of course it was the one Breed I wanted most. My luck.

The others are doing well and super fluffy and friendly. My sisters are already making gender assumptions while the chicks are 3 days old and freaking out over the potential “roosters”
I would take pictures but our *TEMPORARY* brooder is so sucky that I’m too embarrassed. Once we take them to our farmhouse later today we will post chick pics! (And our new sheep and lambs!)
