Processed all the blacks but 4 and one chocolate
The oldest two I thought were males, they were

The chocolate had a messed up beak

The youngest...all I predicted where males...they were, kept ones I banded weeks ago as possible pullets and still think they are except one stunted one which wasnt banded but way to small

The 4 that are left of the blacks only kept these because someone was interested in silkies over a month ago and they still didnt get them.

Not sure how close your breeding choc line but the messed up beak could indicate too much inbreeding, you could try bringing in new blood every second gen to diversify the gene pool a little. But overall their looking better with every generation, good job.

Actually this line hasnt been inbred at all lol and out of 18 chicks it was the only one that had it... And go figure my most inbred line is my project tolbunts and I have yet to have an issues with deformities lol

So I processed the last 4 blacks the two stunted ones I just culled and gave those to my rats as they werent growing but 3/4 where pullets like i predicted weeks ago
