Does he have any kind of a crest? If so, than he's probably a Cream Crested Legbar rooster, if not than I think he's a Creel Leghorn.

He could also be Rhodebar,but he is awfullys mall....

Can't be Bielefelder or Rhodebar because this handsome rooster has white earlobes. So I think he is Cream Legbar because I have seen many roosters that have little to no crest. There is also a chance his is a Crele Leghorn, either he is absolutely stunning.
