My duckling is attached to the egg

Our duckling hatched to early and it made it tho the night but idk what to do now

Wrap it in a paper towel and put it in a mug and put it back in the incubator. Hopefully he'll absorb it.

I took the egg out and slowly and Nicely took it off the egg he moving I feel like I’m hurting the little guy when I was doing that

I would put him back in the egg and in a short or cut plastic cup surrounded him with a warm moist paper towel, he hasn't absorbed the full yoke yet and that is dangerous I had this happen twice because two of my chickens pecked at the hatching ducklings in the coop so I had to do just this and they survived.
