My hen, whose the one of the two oldest girls of my flock (about 6-7 years old) was perfectly fine yesterday, eating, drinking, pooping, she even laid an egg, and walking around warbling. This morning however when I opened the coop to let my hens out for the day they all walked/ran out, all were fine, she however, was in the back, I coaxed her forward and she took a step and fell, putting her wing out for balance, she did this again so I picked her up and carried her to the round table we have out back and put her down on it, she sank down and put out her wings as though trying to remain upright, her head seemed to be tilted to the right and it seemed that she couldn't straighten her head, my sister told me to get her some water and I did but she wouldn't drink.

Edit: my sister came in, apparently she's up and walking now and completely straight.
