My hen didn't lay an egg today

Yesterday we found a small egg in the run, not in the nest. We still only got 2 eggs but it made us think that maybe a 3rd hen is laying. Today my mom collected 2 eggs from the nest box about noon. When I came home from work about 4:30 there was another egg - in the nest box. Small but perfect. I think they're starting to get the hang of this. Three eggs in one day. Two more hens to go.
