my japanese hens are not great mothers

My bantams collectively hatched 6 chicks. I was so excited and happy. They are teaching them to be chickens, but at night they ditch them. I even put a ramp up so the chicks can follow the mommas in the coop at night. Every night I'm out with a flashlight tracking down the tiny crying babies.

I don't want to take them away, but they better start following these mommas . AND these mommas better start taking better care.

I wish I could. I have 23, 2 1/2 week olds going to my only grow-out coop. The other chickens in the coop try to help.
