We have a PBP we rescued and she is the most wonderful animal in the world. My life is better for her being in it. Unfortunately many PBPs end up in rescue. It is a very sad story because these pigs are so amazing and special. Many sanctuaries have several PBP residents who were given up because they got to be too much for their owners. Take a look at Ironwood Pig Sanctuary in Arizona. Way too many PBPs in rescue. Anyway, please be careful with whom you place these precious creatures. PBPs are trouble...smart, strong and cute...a bad combination! Oh...your babies are amazing! Cuuuuute!
