I'm brand new at all of this. I have a little Serama rooster that I love so much and he's sick and I have tried what I've read in your forms but now have joined so that I can specifically ask the questions that might be able to help could you please help me his symptoms started shortly after he lost his lifetime mate. may or may not have anything to do with it but here's his symptoms. his head is cocked to the left not under his wing just all the way to the left. he walks only in circles to the left. his left eye is normal clear and dilated appropriate however his right eye is closed most of the time. I have been hand feeding and watering him and his treatment so far for the past week has been vitamin E and selenium with the poultry vitamins and electrolyte powder. can someone please offer me some suggestions we do not have a chicken vet in the area.he doesn't seem to be getting worse but I'm not sure that he's getting any better please help me.

It sounds like wry neck, and the vitamins you are giving are for that. Try some thiamine (B1) also. Wry neck or torticolis can be due to many problems, including head or neck injuries, vitamin deficiencies, or from diseases such as Mareks, Lymphoid Leukosis, and many others. He may need help in getting enough to eat and drink. Try putting water into his feed. Here is some reading:
