Well he did it again this morning when I let him out! Now, as I type this, he is happily stretched out in my lap taking a nap....all that romance must be hard work.... And I guess I should add (although it is a bit embarrassing) that several days ago, he did try to mate with my foot (when I was wearing flip-flops!)...I have a bite mark and he started to wing cover before I knew what was going on...but i managed to detach him before things got too far...so if he wants to mate with my shoes, I guess that is fine...as long as my foot is not in them

Thanks for the much needed laugh this morning. Happily while my rooster is quite friendly, he is not that attached to me, he is quite happy with his harem.
