My Rooster is whistling or wheezing HELP

He seems fine, doing all that roosters do, but I noticed a sound like a cat meowing or something to that sort and I got to listening and it was my rooster. He breathes through his mouth a lot. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Listen to his chest for wheezing. If not and he seems fine other wise, clear eyes and nose, his sinuses may be irritated or blocked.
