My turkey poult is closing one eye...HELP!

I’m not sure what happened, but yesterday I noticed that one of my turkey poults is closing it’s eye. The eye is not red, or weeping and it’s not itching it’s eye. It looks slightly swollen in the photo, but doesn’t look swollen in person. It’s eating and drinking and doesn’t seem to have any trouble getting around but I feel terrible for the poor thing! Has anybody else had this happen to them? If so what did you do? Did it clear up?

I don’t have turkeys, but this kinda happened to someone else’s chicken, soon the eyes got swollen and bulged out like crazy, with lots and lots of puss inside...
