Pea combs are common in Easter Eggers and Olive Eggers. Both of those can have any feather color or combination of feather colors. They technically CAN have any comb type as well, but in practice almost all of them have pea combs or single combs rather than other types of combs.
Given the dark green ("olive") color eggs, I would probably call her an Olive Egger.
