Mystery chicken!!!??

He/she is about 5 months old. Fluffy rear end and no tail feathers at all! I have several other breeds, and this one is one of the biggest ones.... I was told it was a production red pullet, but I'm still unsure. Thoughts?

He looks like a RIR or Production Red. Weird that he has no tail feathers. He doesn't look rumpless. It looks like his tail feathers have been pulled out. He is definitely a cockerel.

@junebuggena they haven't been pulled out.....it has obvious spots when feathers are starting to grow, but he/she has never had a single tail feather. :/. I have had it since it was two days old.

Maybe just a really slow to develop boy.
