Hello,

I have some mystery chickens that I purchased from the feed store. They aren't Buff Orpingtons (like they were labeled) but I'm bot sure what else they are. 🤔 Two of them have beetle green tails & the other two have white tails! Can anyone tell me what breed these girls are?

Thanks!

Sorry, the pictures didn't post quickly enough. đź«

I think it looks like the backwards cinnamon queen… cannot remember the name for it but instead of Rhode Island Red male Rhode Island white female RIW male and RIR female?

Maybe just a normal cinnamon queen. Very good hens, I have one had two and they are so friendly and wonderful layers

Wow, thanks everyone! They are pretty docile... towards me. However, they are absolute NUTS! 🤦🏼‍♀️ They're constantly getting in to trouble & trying to escape. lol

The ones with black in their tails (blue) are most likely a Production Red. The ones with white in their tails (yellow) are most likely a Red Sex Link (ISA Brown or Golden
Comet.)
