I just baked with that last night and thought the same! It's super yummy btw. Would make a good banana pudding cake

Did you really? Too funny! Saw the banana pudding cake recipe, sounds interesting but mine won't look that pretty LoL.

Going to make a pineapple upside down cake with pineapple shaped like Christmas tree for hubby's bonsai party in couple of weeks.
