Cross-beak shows up more in EEs, Ameraucana, Silkies and Polish. The last two on the bearded ones mostly. A few things can cause it. Incubation issues and genetic issues. The last one is currently not well understood what genes cause it.Scribble! @2ndTink

His head is poofier and more noticeable than the other ones. I will try to get a comparison photo in the daytime if I remember.Lol, he's gona have a wizards hat!
Also he was in a blue egg, so he might have crested cream legbar in there somewhere.
I hope not! Is it fixable or just one of those things that happen and can't fix it?It may get worse with age. Some cannot survive with it, or they slowly deteriorate
