NAMES !!!?

I don't know what to name my pullets!

Any suggestions would be appreacheated !

What do they look like - I live to chose names based on who or what they look like

I named one of my pulets pearl. She is a white cochen.

I have to see them before I can name them. I have all different kinds of names for my birds:

Roo (duh)
Kojack
Hiccups
Rice N Beans
Audrey
Pot Pie
Cue Ball
Freckles
Hannibal
Annie
Bridgette
Cleopatra

That leaves 6 without names.....

I have six look-alike buff Chantecler hens and one that looks strangely like a buff orp.

They all answer to "Hey, Chicken."

My kids named my hens "Frank" (now Francine) and Elizabeth. Not very "chickenish"

I have a four year old (was three when we got our chickens) he named the four Golden Comets: Ring, Rosy, Pocket, and Posy, from the nursery rhyme.

The others are Goldie (BO), Blackbeak the Pirate Hen (Delaware), Bella (Faverolle), and Blanca the rescued Leghorn.

These hens live at my MILs, so I had to keep my normal wild creativity under wraps. I think she still thinks naming chickens is a little... romantic of me

. She's into it now, though.

My only concession to my personality is Blackbeak

When we hatched chicks last year, my son named them things like 'Racecar' and 'Turtle'. (we had first a rate and then a dog attack that killed all our chicks)

I foresee the new chicks all having (masculine) Thomas the train names...
